1. Subject of the User Agreement

1.1 This document regulates the terms of use of Cataloxy.org. Cataloxy.org offers its services on the terms being the subject hereof. The administration reserves the right to amend the Agreement without any special notice. The new version of the agreement will come into effect upon its publication. Users can access the Agreement any time at https://www.cataloxy.org/rules.htm

1.2 The Agreement comes into effect when the user confirms that the terms and conditions have been read and understood by filling out the Cataloxy.orgregistration form.

2. User Registration

• 1.1. In order to use Cataloxy.org online services, you agree to provide full and truthful personal information required for the registration form and other website's online forms, and to update it. No website registration is required to view any information intended for public use.
• 1.2. To begin using online services and posting information, you have to create a personal account on the website. If you attempt to post an entry, Cataloxy.org will prompt you to complete a simple registration procedure. You are responsible for the security of your login and password and for all activities at Cataloxy.org carried out on your behalf, i.e. under your account.
  

  Please do not write your login and password on paper, and do not disclose them to third parties. If you suspect the password is no longer secure, change it in the User Profile. If you cannot login using your login and password or if you are certain that someone is using your account without your consent, contact the Help Desk
  Please try to make your password as long as recommended, and do not forget to log off the system by clicking Exit in your Personal Account.

• 2.3. Your e-mail address will serve as a login to your Personal Account. You set a password yourself.
• 2.4. You can change your login and password in the User Profile section of your Personal Account. In this section, you can also edit e-mail notification settings and Personal Account menu visibility parameters.
• 2.5. If you forgot your password, use the password recovery form. Once you complete it, you will receive an e-mail with further instructions on the password reset.
• 2.6. The administration is entitled to ban the use of specific logins and/or to withdraw them in the event of breach hereof. Cataloxy.org is not responsible for possible data loss or corruption due to your breach of the conditions hereof.

3. User Behavior

You understand and agree that you, as well as other users, are personally responsible for information posted via Cataloxy.org online services. Under no circumstances will Cataloxy.org be responsible for the content created by its users.

User-submitted content is partially moderated, so you are kindly asked to be polite and use our services as intended. Should you notice content that directly insults you or is inconsistent with the commonly accepted moral standards, do not hesitate to contact our Help Desk.

• 3.1. The administration of Cataloxy.org has a right (not an obligation) to reject posting or remove any content at its own discretion.
• 3.2. Users are to evaluate the risks related to content usage, including its reliability, fullness or utility, on their own.
• 3.3. The way of services’ operation may require to transmit your content via computer networks and modify it to make it compliant with technical requirements.
• When using Cataloxy.org do not:
  • upload, send, transfer and post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, slanderous, or which violates morale, infringes copyright, inflames hatred and/or racial, ethnic, gender, religious and social discrimination.
  • use obscene words defaming the users of Cataloxy.org in any language.
  • post content discrediting other companies and individuals.
  • post content contradicting the laws.
  • use the user database to send mass commercial advertisings and spam.

4. Restrictions

• 4.1. Cataloxy.org can set restrictions as to the use of services, including post and content retention period, maximum number of posts, etc.
• 4.2. The administration of Cataloxy.org may send information messages to its users.
• 4.3. Cataloxy.org services may contain links to other sources. The administration of Cataloxy.org is not responsible for availability and content of these sources.
• 4.4. Cataloxy.org grants you a non-exclusive right to use online services of the website. However, it is forbidden to copy or modify software, create programs and similar service derivatives from the current source, modify or decompile the source code of the services provided hereunder.
• 4.5. Website content is determined by Cataloxy.org employees.

5. Privacy

• 5.1. Access to personal information of the Cataloxy.org users is password protected. Only your name and e-mail are required for registration.
• 5.2. Cataloxy.org logs and stores specific technical information, e.g., IP address or server access time, when needed.
• 5.3. Cataloxy.org does not sell or disclose personal information of the users without their consent: Users manage their personal and contact data on their own.
• 5.4. Cataloxy.org is entitled to disclose personal information of the user to third parties if it is required by the local laws.

* Don't forget that violation of these rules results in website administration deleting your data by its discretion.
